zhengi-shi password

heyo, just a quick questions about the Zhengi-Shi password. I know you can get it from Kiro, but im not entirely sure how? I think the greyed out option when you arrive at zheng-shi is supposed to allow you to ring her up, but that hasn't unlocked for me. a bug perhaps?

I loaded up a test save and was able to call Kiro.

Whats the trigger for you to be able to call her? saving her from the blue ball distress call?
