Zheng Shi Main Quest and Maike Finished?

So, has the main story stuff for Zheng Shi been finished, yet?

And going on from that, is Maike's content still being worked on? Cuz i recall a while ago seeing something about an expansion for her, and I dont really wanna jump into her stuff unless Ill be getting the full package.
