How do I achieve the double down action with zephyr? all I have is next and throw bet. do I need to be weaker then her to double down?

Nope not pregnant. the only thing I can think of is I'm alot stronger then her so it doesnt give me the option for a double down.
I think you had to lose to her the first round. The second time unlocking it, rinse and repeat.
so then I have to be weaker then her? I cant just throw the match then try again with the double down?
You don't have to be weaker, there is an option to intentionally give up called throw bet. I just went out and tested and found I'm correct. Just play with her like 3 times, afterward "Throw Bet" and you'll be met with a Double Down.
Edit: The option to throw the bet a 2nd time seems to lock down once you're preggo with Zelph's spawn. So if you're lookin for a repeat and can't find it, check your codex to see whats in your womb, very bottum of the self status list.
