The document looks a lot cleaner but:

1. You have met literally only one of the four dungeon requirements and as I said before you need to meet at least 2. (More is better)
2. the one you met (puzzle) isn't even properly met as you don't even know
   1. what kind of puzzle it is (you should base it of already existing puzzles or design your own puzzle)
   2. why is their a need for a puzzle (for example the black void used a device on the door interface and requires a puzzle to remove) (they obviously placed it there to prevent anyone from going in whilst they cleaned the compound)

4. this is a porn game at least add some sex into the dungeon or as a reward for completing it.

Also at least one bad end needs to be sexy it is also an unspoken rule
