I haven't really go this route and was wondering is it worth it? Will it affect my character adventures too much (like it battle), do I have to constantly bring her as an accessory?
Your opinion on the Bimbo Siegwulfe Dom?

Mechanically, she's a stronger combination bimbo/combat sieg and comes with a bunch of sex. if you enjoy bottoming or being dommed, she's great. do not give dr. badger any extras if you don't want to be constantly eggnant
Echoing what Valkyr said about combat and in general. She makes you the pet which is great if you're into that and I personally love the role reversal.
You can unequip her/leave her on the ship if you want a break but if you take her she will initiate scenes on her terms if you don't keep her 'satisfied'.
Oh you can also choose what she referrs to you as from 'nice' names to more hardcore ones which can make the content feel a bit softer ( well, as much as being railed by your owner can =P) or harder.
Also seconding don't let badger add the eggs, it's irreversible and annoying if you don't want to be constantly eggnant.

The eggs, I'm guessing they wont add to the Nursery numbers? I'm aiming for the 1000 young achievements.
Nope. It's basically the same as Ovilium. Bimbo Dom Siegwulfe is a must in most of my play-thrus, but ditto on what Valkyr and Princess have said about constant eggnancy. It was sexy at first but got really really tiresome, especially because I save-edit my Steele to have an ungodly incubation bonus.
I'm all for bimbo personality but.. I don't think it works on a dominant character without being cringey. I would prefer combat Sieg to get the dominant personality with all the sex scenes and leave the bimbo Sieg as a sub.
She's just a bit too dommy for me personally but if she's your thing she's got a lot going on, makes you feel like it's not just you out adventuring which would be nice.
