Have some of the Tank Summons that don't have an shield equiped to nullify crit damage wear Choker of the Pain Slut to reduce crit damage intake, also Tanking Companion Sets that don't have equiped shields (or anything to simulate shielding) so to prevent crits have an modified version of the Choker of the Pain Slut wich has the libido component removed from it.
This will help greatly in boosting there Tanking ability as to survive an bit more.
Some Tank Summons could also benefit in gaining some more ward (probably adding an item or changing their current ones) so to survive better enemy parties composed mostly of magical damage.
And as last probably add the Warrior Class to some or all Summoned Tanks (probably more the ones that don't have a shield equipped), so to get the Tough Skin Perk wich helps an lot with the tanking,

- Flame Knight -> Add Dominance, add Choker of the Pain Slut, change Breastplate to Dragonscale ("The wielder is immune to Burning." probably adds an nice touch to it's flame spirit nature aswell) and probably also add the Max HP +60 to it;
- Grungendyr -> Add Guarded Stance, change Overbear to an modified Flaming Bull's Bullrush (Boar Rush?, it does Crushing and Piercing Damage), add an modified Choker of the Pain Slut (Hairy Neck?), add modified Panoply of the Holy City (Thick Hide, and hide can't be sundered aswell even though he's probably already immune to it);
- Bear -> Add Guarded Stance, change Overbear (still it's an nice pun) to an modified Flaming Bull's Bullrush (Bear Rush?, it does full Crushing Damage), add an modified Choker of the Pain Slut (Hairy Neck?), add modified Panoply of the Holy City (Thick Hide, and hide can't be sundered aswell) and probably change the Willpower allocation with the Cunning one to have slightly more magical damage protection.
- Alante -> Add modified Flaming Bull's Bullrush (Centaur Rush, it does full Crushing Damage) instead of Driving Thrust (it also syncs well with Centaur Trample), add Choker of the Pain Slut, change Cleaving Strikes for Tough Skin Perk.

Just an observation on Viviane's Shadow Mystic Companion Set.
I notices that the set is focused purely on damage and has nothing in the sorts of an debuff to apply on the target so her Set can have an synergy with her Twist The Knife Perk (as some other Companion Sets have, even if it is one on an cd so not to be dependant on others to trigger it).
An good way to possibly solve that was to differentiate both of her equipped Piercing Dagger with an 'Right Piercing Dagger' (Primary slot) and an 'Left Piercing Dagger' (offhand slot).
Than altering the Stats of the latter an bit so to include an 1 turn
Bleeding (wich would become 2 turns due to Lasting Casting) Combat Effect (in terms of adjusting the Stats you could maybe remove the current special Raw damage component as it is now because it will be dealt in the form of the bleed, and if needed more just adjuste some of the other Stats) into it (or even if it was an chance on hit effect so not to be permanently active) , and by so giving an small group support and Perk synergy in one change.

I like some others aswell, both some are indeed an bit underwhelming such as Azyrran's Lightbearer Set wich is heavily dependent on hitting the target due to Dawn Lance (even if she has an lower heal when an miss occures) and her big heal Floral Grace, as Argent Smite healing is an bit to weak to really help out.
When for example: against Charline wich really spells the death of her healings through the combinations of high evasion, Addling Beam that set Powers on cd and mixing in
Bleeding above all that, to powers that make the user immune to physical damage, enemies that use an alot of aoe like Frost Wyvern and the Vulperine Hunters wich deal an lot of damage in an short period of time aswell both in the Windy Peaks, etc. .Probably will write an piece later on how i'd imagine her to be sligtly better at healing.

I like the ideia of healing through Dawn Lance to begin with, Floral Grace is also good yet the problem with the set resides with Argent Smite not complementig very well the set with it's low healing capacity as Dawn Lance sometimes alone doesn't do the trick if Floral Grace is on CD.
Thats why probably Shield of Light would do an better job with it's shielding capacity when
Bleeding or Corrupted Blood occurs (even though you lose potential offensive capability).
It could be the above or probably an change to Argent Smite to heal with scaling % that is not dependent on damage dealt or though directly scaling through spellpower instead so to heal better, consequently Smite Evil's healing would go up an notch aswell.

Regeneration wich would be better in terms of countering
Bleeding or Corrupted Blood more efficiently.

Literally yes. Early access to future game content is the reward and it’s advertised as such. Where does it say that the only previews we get are “amusing fluff”
I'm deeply unsettled upon reaching the Alraune, beating her, and finding my only options are to sex her or murder her. It's totally ruined my first attempted playthrough of the game... I don't have any issue with these options existing, but how is there no other options for sexually reserved+peace-seeking characters after all these years? Like, it doesn't even require much effort? Literally a single "non-scene."

A while ago a new option was added.
Cleanse the beehive before you tackle the Alraune, then pick "bring the bees in" or something like that while talking to Garth about going there.
Then you can have Azzy take care of the sexual part for you.
You can watch or not.
That's a really excellent thing to know, and thank you for sharing.
Even while posting, I was sure there was probably some obscure work-around I didn't know about, as there so often is in these games.
However, from the perspective of someone investing in/playing a game for the first time, this issue is still an abrupt and gripe-worthy ultimatum which can be solved without forcing a wiki-dive. For side content, "whatever goes" is a fine approach, but for (apparently) main story stuff like this I believe it should be as immediately accessible as possible just from a design standpoint.
If you clear the Centaur camp with the big Centaur still alive and sedated before you go to defeat the Alraune, you can call on him aswell to do the sexual part for you.
the winter wolf quest was AWSOME! But when it came time to get Gweyr to come back to her kids it feels just sad and unfair, too many npc characters focusing on one fact. It feels like they are placing blame in the wrong place to avoid addressing the uncomfortable truth.
for myself, personally, I think Gweyr was in the right. She was maybe too enthusiastic, but she did give them a chance to surrender and from the way it sounded she was going up against 20+ year old's who were willing to sacrifice a young girl for their own gain. Gweyr was by herself fighting people who were willing to kill her, she couldn't afford to show mercy, not if she wanted to 1, stay alive and 2, save the girl.
Also Sanders and the rest didn't even try to help her, had they been in the fray with her maybe it wouldn't have been as despite of a fight and they could have taken them alive.
Bringing her back didn't feel like a home coming like it should, I felt like and attack on the player characters choices.
P.S. gwyns reactions felt extra unreasonable, she had never even met her till now and her crying and breaking down over this, while perhaps in character, came across as childish and entitled.
