Expanding his waist line, mostly. Like, I know that I have gone in great lengths on how I dislike how every femboy/feminine men has disproportionate hip to waist ratio in CoC2 and how overly shapely their butts are (not for me but I understand there is appeal). I can get past most of them since most of them are not my types (though I do likethe minotaur prince despite of it).

Nyze bothers just because he feels the closest to, well, bishonen femboy. Pretty enough to pass for a women but handsome enough to rock a suite if he feels like it. At least he would be if did not take the concept of hourglass figure to utmost extreme out of need to make him look more "girly".

There is a different degrees on girly, and you can make someone look girly without squashing their waist into a half-pipe. There are ways to make boys look pretty, cute without giving them proportions of a sex doll.

Yeah they are a social species as well, I think it be cool to have another type that is pure wasp, and a solitary species at that maybe make them one of the bigger species so they half-jotun sized. Haha.
