mah nah you are both wrong and i can PROVE it, when you are a female champ, and you fuck him you can ask who is his "ideal bitch" and when he describes her he game literally says "thats strangely like his sister...BUT there are prolly many other wolf ladys like gwyn lol" and when you choose to fuck him, the game tells you that gwyn "sees you two and sighs whistfully" while he is taking you to his room, this whole family man...garth how the fuck did you raise those kids

I never got why Garret was made straight. His design and yaoi hands are tailor made for people who would love MxM action, yet he is deligated to being the token straight men, cutting his reach by more then half. He would have probably had a larger fanbase, but alas.

Not very well obviously.

To be fair, incest in general just doesn't seem to be a big deal in Savarra. Azyrran doesn't mind fucking next to her mom, Arona doesn't mind fucking next to her sister (and Hretha implies she's tit-fucked her), Brienne needs no explanation, Alyssa wants to fuck her sister, there's probably others that I can't come up with off the top of my head.

Maybe it's just lupines or the residents of Hawkethorne specifically that don't like it.

but the difference(mostly, im looking at orcs here-) is that they are getting fucked by the same guy or gal, they arent fucking each ither, the only other person THIS obsessed with sleeping with their sibling is alyssa

Perfect world, all the characters would just be bisexual/pansexual/whatever, that way we can get our jollies off to who we want. As much as you guys would like Garret, I wish as a male character we could get with Liaden, or the female lupine mercenary (can't remember her name). Not gonna happen because while it's limiting game wise, it's realistic some people gonna have preferences world building wise. Thems the breaks. To be honest, the game is already pretty flexible as it is. More people seem to be bisexual in Savarra than straight or gay, so thank the Seven it isn't THAT realistic.

but you can: just play cuntboy! jokes aside, there are enough female characters to justify picky preferences for variety. there are few enough men that limiting them is needlessly obstructive

Yeah.
I do not want our male content (with the current rate of implementation at least) to be designated to only be able to be enjoyed by people that like to top/bottom or their sexual preferences.

Like while I am looking forward to prince Vraunus, the fact that he is gay just doesn't sit well with me. It is nice bit of representation, but for female players that like his design, it sucks that they (most likely) will not to be able to engage with him sexually. Same thing with Garret. Same thing with Elyon and Quin. We are needlessly segregating the droplets of content into separate glasses instead of spilling them into one barrel.

Disagree, this isn't like a sum is greater than the components thing. You can like tuna fish, you can like chocolate ice cream, you can like mustard, that doesn't mean you should mix them all together.

I don't want to see a bunch of amalgamated, mishmashes of everything everyone likes in every single character, that's like how the MCU tries to make heroes and villains now. You can have a bunch of separate, individuals that differ in more ways than just name and race. Nor do you need to like everyone or expect every character to be perfect (for you).

Some people don't want chocolate in their peanut butter. Some people just want peanut butter or chocolate, and having a variety of different character that aren't all potpourri is fine. Diversity and variety means a broad selection, not that every single selection contains everything, because trying to do that will always fall flat and fail.

I am not saying stop complaining (this is Gripes, but if you want it, put it more in Content I'd Like to See), just consider this my Gripe about hearing how every character put forward as a solution is immediately dismissed because they aren't every single perfect thing or because the writer didn't want to make the character that way.

The thing is, the supply and demand for boys is no way big enough as thing stands. In case of women, there are so many NPCs released each with each update that there is no harm (usually) in making ones with more defined niche. For guys, months can pass by where we get maybe one new dude and he is straight pretty boy.

Though my qualms more so stems from instances where a dude only bottoms/tops or is gay/straight. Everything else? I am all for it. Hit a niche you want to hit. Make him a hardcore dom/sub. Have him look however you want.

For example: I am writing a guy who, all things considered, has specific kinks I want to hit (nursing/milking and and cow/bull) and looks (femine yet buff/hunkish diva) but he will bone you regarldess how you look and will bottom/top in relatively equal measures.

I read that as 'No standards'. And that's a turn off. I like partners with standards. :p
Give him some standards, "Sorry, I don't do chimeras. Pick a lane!"
"You aren't experienced enough for me," (Come back when you're level 7).
"Sorry, that penis is way too big. I know that sounds like I'm being restrictive... but you can shrink it down. Talk to that tanuki lady. I know it sounds like some effort... but I'm worth it. I'm not some slut that does it with anyone who [silly|clicks 'Flirt|asks]. I have standards, and one of them is my own comfort."
:p
