I like attire set bonuses and the Pyromancer set is fun to build around but the Secutor set in comparison feels undercooked.
Here is what the two sets do:
Pyromancer's Set Bonuses:
2: On taking Fire damage, gain a Fire-empowered weapon and become Aroused for a turn (Inactive) *Note, the buff Pyromancer's Weapon scales off Spellpower
4: Spellpower is equalled to Sexiness, if it's higher (Inactive)
Secutor Armor Set Bonuses:
2: +1 to the higher of your Agility and Presence (Inactive)
4: The lower of Agility and Presence has its score equalled to the higher (Inactive)
The two piece bonus for the Pyro set's buff is interesting enough you might be tempted to use it on a spellblade character since it scales off Spellpower. Tricky to proc, but fun when it does. Also can use Agni for Cauterize to proc it.
The two piece bonus for the Secutor is insignificant, +1 to either of these stats isn't something you'll feel in combat. It also doesn't help that most of the Secutor pieces are Heavy which carries an initiative penalty to non-Warriors, making it less enticing.
The full set bonus for Pyro lets you cast charms and spells off one stat making selecting the rest of your equipment much easier since you only need to focus on Sexiness now. There are obvious use cases for this set, that being a Charmer for Stylish (more Sexiness=more Spellpower) and White Mage with Healer's Hands and Righteous Fury (both scale off Spellpower, which now scale off Sexiness).
The full set bonus for Secutor is like having an extra boon, which is nice but feels weaker than the Pyro full set since it's less focused.
Agility and Presence will be maxed, but for non-Warriors the benefits of Agility are diminished since wearing three pieces of heavy armor will cause a -15 initiative penalty. If your other stats are Strength or Willpower then you're remaining equipment slots will be fighting over whether to increase Attackpower, Spellpower, or Sexiness. The only use case I can think of for this armor set is a Warrior with Presence/Agility + Strength (more Temptation) + either Cunning or Toughness depending on whether you want more damage or survivability. So a charm/tease damage build that sacrifices the damage potential of Charmer for some more survivability as a Warrior.
For a rework of the Secutor armor, I'd like to see it more in line with the Pyro.
Make the 2 set bonus give a unique effect instead of a +1 stat. The sector is a gladiator, an entertainer who wants all eyes on them. Make it so that using charm powers causes you to gain a percentage of threat based on your sexiness. This will make it enticing to Charmer tanks already wearing heavy armor to draw more threat with their powers.
Make the full set bonus set your Sexiness equal to Attackpower, if it is higher like how Pyro does it. In addition, change the chest piece to +15 Attackpower instead of +15 Sexiness. This will make it more enticing for high attackpower classes like Warriors and Thieves to want to use this set and let you use your remaining equipment slots that focus on attackpower.
And just to make it more usable by all, make another one or more of the set items light so other classes can reach the two set bonus more easily without sacrificing initiative.
And for the future, I'd like to see a set that makes Attackpower equal to Willpower for all those gish builds out there and complete the triangle.
Also, I'd like to see the mental resistance bonus of Brienne's wedding ring not scale of her Toughness and instead increase with level since it gives weaker bonuses when using her Pyro set and I like her pyro set.
