If I had to pick one, it would probably be the humiliation of strong characters. This could take many forms, such as breeding, milking, physical abuse (not BDSM, but more like brutal combat), body alteration (not to comical levels like breasts the size of someone's torso, but around the level where the body parts would be a minor hindrance during movement), size play, transformation, age reduction, bestiality, watersports, and much more, but the general gist is that a character that holds a position of power needs to be broken down in some form or another and continue struggling fruitlessly. In most forms of pornography, this usually leads into mind break stuff, which I'm kinda just neutral on, but I personally prefer it when the character emerges victorious, but permanently altered, to face life after the incident if it's in a story with even the barest traces of plot.
