Yoga training

Some time ago, I recruited Paige as a crewmember before I completed her Yoga training to hard mode, and did not give it much time till recently. Having to wait for certain time-dependent quests to unlock, I decided to kill time by completing the course. However, I have trained the Medium mode more than four times in a row as the wiki and the Paige document tell to, and the Hard Mode stubbornly failed to unlock. Out of frustration, I resorted to unlock Hard Mode manually after getting the clue from githhub the key was to increase the Yoga_Medium counter to 4, and the mode does unlock, including activation of Limber at the end of the scene.

I'm puzzled. Is it a bug? Are only you supposed to progress with Yoga in Paige's class, and gain Limber, before you recruit her as crew?

I've checked the githhub code, and if I read it correctly, it seems to miss the counter adjustment to progress in the Yoga training and unlock all the levels, once Paige joins the crew. Either you complete the course before your recruit her, or you are forever stalled. If you ask my opinion, it seems a serious oversight bug.
