So I'm save scumming the ever-loving fuck out of my human black mage right now trying to get a horse wang - and infusing a Turgid Mushroom does literally nothing?
Wiki doesn't say anything about gender preference for marks, and the raw forme of the Wine just keeps giving me inverted nips and bunny ears, so what the hell's going on with this item?

Addendum: Fixed it somehow, apparently trying to manually grow my own cock&balls and/or removing the twat just destroys the Wyld Wine requisites, locking you out of ever getting anything out of it.

Not even the bunny ears Mark was proccing when used raw, and again, wiki doesn't even say you should be getting inverted nips or rabbit ears from raw Wine.

The reason being is because the Horse Cock Wyld Mark can only be gotten through the Raw use of Wyld Wine. Meaning that any infusions to Wyld Wine will not be the item in its Raw state - and will then not result in that specific Wyld Mark.

Same principle goes for Minoblood Wine when it comes to increasing the PC's height to 8' - that will only occur if your PC is taking the item in it's Raw non-infused state.

The reason being is because the Horse Cock Wyld Mark can only be gotten through the Raw use of Wyld Wine. Meaning that any infusions to Wyld Wine will not be the item in it's Raw state - and will then not result in that specific Wyld Wine.

It just says if you don't have the Mark, it grows your size.
I restarted my character and went straight to infusing Mushroom with the Wine and it worked fine, so wiki's outdated.

And that still doesn't explain why the raw Wine kept giving me bunny ears and/or inverted nips when they're not listed under raw - I'm contributing it to me having been a herm upon first trying, and then trying to remove either one borked the TFs for the item.

So odds are this ended up some sort of bug if anything else.

All of the effects can happen if your PC takes the item in its Raw state. The effects listed under the Raw category will only occur (alongside the other TFs), however, if your PC takes the item in its Raw state.
In simpler terms, the Raw category effects are dependent on the item being used in it's Raw state, and will not occur when there has been infusions to the base item - but that doesn't mean that Raw category effects will be the only TFs to occur when taking the item in its Raw state either, you'll just have a chance for them to occur alongside the other TFs listed (the ones not in the Raw category / section).
The above meaning that, it would just be up to RNG then for what TF your PC gets from taking Wyld Wine in its Raw state - Height reduction (if PC.height > 7'), Breast growth (if PC.breasts >= A cup...), Bunny ears (via the Wyld Mark), Inverted nipples (if PC.nipples != "inverted") or otherwise.

Also yes, derp, I guess I'm tired and ended up misreading (and seemingly overlooked the testing I did months ago). You are correct - the only check that's occurring in the Raw category / section (with regards to the Horse Cock Wyld Mark) is restricting your PC's cock growth if they have the Horse Cock Wyld Mark. Meaning that once your PC has gotten the Horse Cock Wyld Mark, they will not be able to have any additional cock growth TFs from Wyld Wine (if taking Wyld Wine in its Raw state, and assuming they would be eligible for the cock growth TFs in the first place via the conditional checks).
