Zheniya doesn't show up for some reason in my Codex so I have no way of tracking any significant status change or how far along her pregnancy is like I could with Ula and Ellie. Is this a bug or an oversight?

I don't even see that. Not under Anon's and not under the residential deck (or literally anywhere). Otherwise I'd say "why isn't she renamed?"
