Wooly Hair

So! I have looked and looked, tried and tried, but obviously I either have no idea what I'm doing or something. But! I CANNOT get rid of my character's Wooly Hair and it seriously messes me up. I got it on accident and then didn't bother going to an earlier save like I should have. I have tried changing it with eating enough to get a 'no effect' type deal, the stylists, and alchemy, etc. What am I missing? How can I get rid of this without losing my progress?

Use Gaia Leaflets + Laurel Sprig to transform the hair type to Plant and them use Root of man + Laurel Sprig to transform to Hair without tags.

Omg! Thank you so much. I love these games but I was playing on an old version until the other day when I thought to look up an update. Then I realized, hey, maybe there is a way....but I couldn't find one so had to ask. Thanks so much though!
