Changing the genitals would require new scenes of course, but for for example Etheryn who already looks and acts female, giving her a vagina would not change much except for the sex scenes and probably a few other minor spots.To contrast, something that would not be "minor" with that would be changing Brint to feminine female for example. That'd change just about everything.</blockquote>
