I have downloaded both TiTS and CoC2 to my computer and I wonder if the games will update.

Thanks for your help

Yes. Updates/new versions are published about once a month.

The downloadable versions of the games will not auto-update. You must manually download the new versions.
Ah, important detail I forgot to mention. :p

Thank you, but if you don't mind me asking. How does the save system work? Both online and ofline. How files are saved, can you convert them, can you transfer them? Is there any guide or something alike that explains it?

(thanks again)

Newer game versions are backwards compatible with older saves. Once you download a new version, just open your most recent save file like you do now. Your game is now ready to continue.

Thank you so much, I would've never figured that out. I have one (two) last question(s) tough. If play CoC2 in my brwoser and save it there, does it save to my compuer? So that I can continue whenever I want. And can i transfer saves from my download to the browser?

Ah, I actually edited my last post while you were quoting it; I forgot which subforum I was in. TiTS save files are .tits format. Not sure what the CoC2 saves are called. .coc2, maybe?

Both games also use .swf files. I'm not too computer savvy to recall it know which is which (download or browser). Hopefully, someone who does know more will be along in a little bit. :)

This is wrong, .swf is a shockwave file for adobe flash. CoC2 does not use adobe flash in any way.

The OP did ask about both TiTS and CoC2, but fair enough. It's been long enough since I've played the latter that I'd forgotten it didn't have a flash version.

For both TiTS and CoC2, browser and download saves are both saved to your computer but in different locations, so you can't make a save in the browser version and then continue playing with that save in the downloadable version without manually moving/copying the save file to the other location. Saves made using the Save To File option will be located wherever you saved them to, and can be used in both browser and download versions.

Nvm, I had to load the game up, save it, then export it. I tried convert file but that gave an error, so AustralianScientist, if you haven't done it yet make sure you load your game, save it then export the save.
