If you don't take Anno, he's the only one who gives fair amounts for your items after his quest.
me who did his quest, only for him to offer 120 credit literally the very next time i tried to sell him some treasure:
Colenso only cares about the chests iirc, and the rasks who sell the stuff off to you are clearly framed as being kind of dodgy. They occasionally charge more than something is actually worth even in a best-case scenario.
The 'Treasure' value is random and is not correlated with how much you pay for it.
If anything, it's the Raskvel scamming you.

So he averages more by buying more things. Also, does Anno stop giving a shit about any scrap once you take her? That button makes it seem that way.
