Why aren't Storm Glaive and Black Monkshood labeled Unique Items?

Both are one of a kind. Obtained one way.

I assume it's because they were originally a common item. The black monkshood description imply that it was commonly used by the old country people

the storm glaive can be obtained by beating Vasha who is a repeatable encounter in Windy Peaks so it isn't unique anymore
you can technically get multiple black monkshoods by defeating 10 or more puppets but not beating all of them during the Artifice Testing quest since you can redo it infinitely until you complete it
