Who to ask for confirmation of a submission's existence in the submission pile

So it's been about 6 months since I think I submitted a thing but haven't heard a thing about it since. Problem is that I am doubting myself on whether it's actually been submitted or if it's a fake memory. Now instead of resubmitting it and possibly adding it to the pile a second time I just thought I'd ask for who I can dm for confirmation on whether or not it is in the pile. I know it's probably one of the inner circle of devs but I just want to be certain before I bug people.
