Who loves Hyper Muscles?

You can be 100 tone and thickness, it's almost the same. Set yourself to like 10+ feet too and it's essentially the same.

i like female muscle too, especially futa muscle. Its just too bad their inst too many blurbs about it in TITS appearance screen but we recently got Amazona which is really nice. None of my characters however can get the hyper muscle look at 100 thickness with 100 tone because honeypot perks keeps sucking it away.

Well, I don't know if you'd really call Riley hyper muscle. At least not 3/4 of her bust options, anyway. Stuff like OP's pic are definitely not my thing.

Uh, nope. Although I do find it funny to look at the picture where the characters are huge and muscled, yet they have these tiny little baby-hands, baby-feet and baby-heads. It's hilarious.

I like see sometimes more mucular npc or pc but I still feel I not so far as you Spike (so on this one you quite alone on top for fans of hyper muscularity :/). Also for TiTS to be smth like you posted it may been possible to be in case if that NT Gym perk for tone limit would be added. 200 tone compared to current 100 would probably make PC or any npc desc emantione of those hypermuscles all over their body.

Why wasn't it not implemented when Slab finished the NT Gym anyway?

I think it was considered not well enough made/written by then. Slab should better know why as for me it looked quite close to be completed. Ymm mybe it was lack of the desc for hyper muscularature or hyper fatness that it lacked and made both perks not been added. Or maybe general lack of way to handle by game tone/thickness values over 100.
