Which characters can be recruit to Wayfort?

First of all, I played this game a long time ago, then deleted it, and after a long time, I finally had the chance to play it again. However, the game has been updated so much that I can't keep up. One of the updates is about Wayfort. I remember that players could recruit characters to stay there, and now there are many more characters than before. The problem is that the wiki hasn't updated about this at all. So, I'd like to ask if anyone knows which characters I can recruit to Wayfort and how to do it. It's mostly accurate, though it's missing:

• Meira (go on dates with her)
• Olivia (recruited during Howling in the Dark)
• Drifa (also Howling in the Dark)
• Asgeir and the Corrupted Lupines (same quest as Olivia and Drifa)
• Sandre and Caera (fight them enough times and then find them at their home)
• Alante (marry her)
• Karithea (complete the Temple of Terrestrial Fire)
• Lyra (Build up her trust and then invite her)
• Two characters depending on your choices during The Siege of Khor'minos. I have a hard time with spoiler tags on this site so I shant name them, but you can find them if you look it up.

• Agnimitra (Not sure of requirements to have her move in.)
• Gianna, Svern and Tamarind (After finishing Wayfort Upgrades.)
• Haddi (Hirrud) (Reappears in Khor'minos outskirts. Beat him and feed him Bimbo Brew.)
• Hed (Complete the Winter City, only available certain hours of the day.)
• I'ava and Sif (After A Relic of Repute.)
• Mistress Matiha (Depending on selections during Matiha's Revenge.)
• Queen Alissa locked in the dungeon (After The Demon of Ice.)
• Vatia (Interact with her in Frostwood, build a camp and allow her to move in.)
• Viviane (Not sure of requirements to have her move in.)

The following three are technically outside the Wayfort, but within the Wayfort mini-map.

• Gytha (If arrested before leaving for Dracia. Otherwise you'll have Demon Gytha if you didn't kill her.)
• Hana (Found in Frostwood. Can move to the Wayfort after a number of interaction. Not sure of requirements.)

Could you/someone explain what are the steps to recruit I'ava and Sif to the wayfort, cuz I remembered doing that quest in an older save file, then afterwards they just stayed in the leothran village, my mc was never given the option to recruit them to the way-fort????
