Starting from Hawkethorne, go north into the Old Forest. Then, leave the Old Forest via the north exit. That's where the Alraune is.

I am seriously confused how you even got to the quest Evergreen gave you without fighting the Alraune. :|

Unless you just peeked at docs and stuff and just now are asking. But if you are at the beginning of the game, seriously, please just play through it. X’D
