I am pretty sure she is in the old forest but no matter how much in try i just can’t find her

If you asking about Vivienne, she spawns as a random encounter at night in the Old Forest.

The other witch, Lady Evergreen is like, near the entrance of the Frost Wood by the Wayfort.
