Where Does the EXE Store Saves

As the title might suggest,I'm wondering where the .EXE version of the game stores save files with the Local Save mode. I've spent the past 90 minutes searching the typical suspects,but came up bunk.

For me, for Windows 10, it appears to put them in C:\Users\<my user name>\Downloads. Any idea if there's a way to change that?

That's where Save to File wants to put them,but you're given the opportunity to put them elsewhere. I'm talking the Local Save function,on the top of the Data menu,not the bottom.

Create a Shortcut for the folder they're stored in and put that wherever you want it. The save files will still go where the game tells them to, but at least you'll have easy access to them without following a long filepath.
