Where did the wiki go?

I haven't played in a while, and tend to always use the wiki to find certain appearance items. I tried to go to the wiki, but it said it's closed. Where did it go? And where can I go to get the same type of info?

Despite how there's a difference between discussing an issue that's pornographic and outright showing the pornography featured in that issue, Wikia (I refuse to call them "Fandom") is pruning "smutty/kinky" wikis left, right and centre. If issues persist, I'd suggest saving the backup that's created once a wiki is closed and using some other wiki farm instead, such as Miraheze.

Considering this is in the "Mods & Unofficial Resources" heading, I think they might be looking for the Wiki for the modded version of the game.
