If some npc's was meantioned in changelog as been added but the version of game in that changelog not match the one you can play it only could bmean you're one of those less lucky persons to not been called backers that can always have access to latest build not needing to wait till Fen make another public build. But next public build release date is slowly approaching (latest blog said something about nearest Friday).

That was the highest resolution pic there is. It's a backgroundless picture. There is no other pic with a background. You can make a add a background to it with an editing tool.
Glasses one fo two best parts about her. Thou it may be jsut artist interpretation of how her glasses may looks like this way solds this picture to me xD

She reminds me of three C.O.C characters in one, they are as follows: Niamh, Marble; Isabella.

I remember her, because whilst writing the farm corruption I gave her this whole thing where she likes butterflies, so you can tattoo them all over her. Literally more personality than Savin gave her.
I remeber her too as always I making her less stacked so she won't wander around whole days in her muddle state of mind. Not like this would make any change aside feeling that my Champ is more pure than corrupted.
@zelda_fan6284 Of all 3 npc's you meantioned I not able figure out how Sally reminds you of Marble. Other two got dark skin tone so it was easy link but Marble?

Check post #11 part of why reminds me of marble, that and what I heard somewhere is she supposed to be a hermaphrodite, plus a few other reasons I don't wish to go into.
P.S, I corrected some bad grammar.
Funny how the PC being able to name her reflects on her lack of personality. Literally so bland that she doesn't even have a name, lest it may be symbolic in some way or another.
