How long ago was the godswar from the current time? I initially assumed centuries but carmen just said that tollus's father was alive at the time which would make it far more recent unless tollus and his family are wierdly long lived which is also possible given carmen

About two hundred and fifty years ago. This also comes up in the game, such as Sanders explaining that his order was formed 'centuries' ago in response to it and Tui and Carmen both mentioning that it happened 'over two hundred' years ago during the former's recruitment process. Carmen and Tollus both have used methods to extend their lifespan.

Ah, thanks, I thought someone had mentioned it being centuries ago but I couldn't find an example of when I went looking
I always forget that the Godswar is fairly recent history until it gets mentioned offhand in the game. I also forget that Ryn is in her 50s and all this wild shit is only a couple of generations in the past for the boreal elves.
