When did you start playing these games and why?

Heya everyone as the title said when did you start playing these games and why? I started playing I think around 2010? It was before TiTs and CoC2. I was in high school at the time and a friend recommended CoC. I played it in a rented school laptop. Thank god it was on a USB because I had to return the thing when I graduated

Almost the same story as yours. Me and my bestest homies were hangin out after a D&D game, fantasizing about ravaging dragon-girls and futas and whatnot-- the normal stuff-- and one of them said we have got to play this cool game called Corruption of Champions.

She was darn tootin, and I still return to some of my earliest saves with the legacy flash player.

Last year, and it was a thread on RPGCodex, of all places, on adult games and CoC was one of the games talked about. The screenshots and discussions about it (the variety of encounters, the attribute system, the customization of the Champion) piqued my interest, I played it, and was quite happy to find an adult game that allowed for as much player freedom as CoC did.

I first "encountered" CoC in 2018 or so while combing through an archive posted on the adult games section of a niche datahoarding forum, played it a little bit but never finished it. Same thing with CoC2 a year later.
Last year I was searching for an adult game that could be played on mobile and I found TiTS on a ranking website, can't remember which.
Funniest part Is that when I downloaded TiTS I was thinking something like: "eh, I Guess I Will settle for a text-based game if nothing else" ; Little did I know that It would become my favorite mobile game.

I had found out about these games in 2022. What happened was one day I was looking for information online about the different colors that birds can be and one of the search results was this thread. I thought that the thread was so funny that I should check out some other threads on this forum. The other threads that I read gave me more information about the games and then I decided to play the games. I still think that it’s funny that I wasn’t even looking for anything that had to do with any games. I was just looking for something that had to do with birds.

I was sick and tired of playing adult games where the male protags are unlikable assholes. So I searched for a porn game that had character creation which lead me to CoC2 about 3 years ago. I first found it on a site that has adult games playable from a browser. Eventually I found the main site which lead me to buying it on steam.

I think back in 2011, it was back when Fen was running on donations, where people would donate towards adding a specific thing, or people could comission stuff directly in.
I remember the first mentions of TiTS, back when the name was being workshopped a bit and no one knew what it was going to be like. Eventually he quit his job, and started doing this full time, and the masses of furries and porn addicts alike rejoiced!
