When a problem comes along...

I actually have two questions but since they both have to do with BDSM, I figured I'd save space and ask them both here.

1) Roxy Style Collar Mark. Like Edwin Starr, I wanna know what is it good for? Does the status interact with any NPCs or events? I can't find any so far. I even visited Akane just in case she gets jealous. She doesn't.

2) Speaking of Akane, I'm running into two issues (both of which I checked with the wiki):
2a) I can't ask her about her History. I've talked about all of the other topics, but History still remains locked out with no pop-up bubble explaining why.
2b) I can't select "Tender Oral" under her sex menu. The wiki only says, "SILLY MODE MEMES". I've tried going to the Lair with Silly Mode on and off. Still no joy.

I've attached a save file just in case. I just visited Akane, so anyone loading my game will have to wait a day before visiting her again.

Viewing that scene requires you to be her painslut in addition to talking about all the other topics.

You'll need the "Tenderized" and "Lash Marks" status effects to unlock the scene at first; once you've experienced it at least once, it remains unlocked even if you don't have those status effects anymore.

Roxy's collar mark status effect is just for immersion. Doesn't do anything, just a reminder that you got taken for a ride.
