Is cum capacity the max amount of cum and cum rate the amount you cum out? Also, what are the modifiers that increase those ball size, ball efficiency, and cum multiplier right? Aside from the perks that increase cum production. What does ball efficiency affect?

I assumed Cum Rate was how fast your cum tanks refilled (ml/hr) and capacity was how much you can hold.
Your screenshot seems like you produce a lot, very fast, but your balls can only hold about 1/3rd. But I could be mistaken.
