What's overburdened

What are the rules for being overburdened? I've tried unequipping stuff I've tried putting things in my storage but it still says I'm overburdened how do I get rid of it and how can I avoid getting it in the first place?

Hmm wouldn't that also include overly filled with certain fluids as well? I mean TiTS has that feature and I assume CoC2 will eventually have that as well.

Yeah, things like giant tanuki balls will also give Overburdened. Any time a part of your body gets too big.
