You have never played Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri?! Oh man, in my opinion it was one of the best games out there back in the day, and not just because it has Mind Worms. Actually it is still pretty freaking good. Pandora: First Contact didn't even come close sadly. So many dreams shattered... But anyways I am totally off topic.

I don't know if people would want Alpha Centaurian Mind Worms to be added to the game. They are a parasitic creature that invades your body and eats away at your brain causing horrific waking nightmares, violent rages, or exquisite pleasure. Then they lay eggs/larvae in your head and whats left of your brain, for their children to later finish eating.

Yeah not too sexy, but they could be worked by someone who had a mind to pay homage.
