For one, if you even bothered to read and understand ALL of the post WolframL referred to, you'd see that the gym content is only one small example.

I was going to say "And second of all..." but I hate when people get all pissed-off and offended on someone else's behalf so I'll just say that if I were the author, I'd tell you to hold your fucking horses and quit judging my progress by your needy and completely selfish demands.
