What makes CoC 2 "it" for you?

I have been playing for years even before the steam release and feel in love with the world created in the game. The plot, lore and characters keep me immersed in Savarra while i have caught myself in many runs trying to midmax builds, whether that was for combat or the most effecient way to make my PC a thicc baddie lol (this was before you could ajust your PC's figure). Over the years I've tried a bunch of different builds and starts, even going into save editing to try more challenging starts.
The big "It" factor is that the world feels lived in and the characters make you care about them besides whether or not you can fuck them or add them to your party (though thats a definate plus). Their are many times where I thought about isekai situations with the game just to get to know the characters better or just have some autonomy outside of the plot.
A good work of fiction is one that makes you want to engage more with the story. That being said, to find that in what is effectivly DnD but your trying(or not ) to keep the demoness from from fucking you and the rest of the world AND that not even the biggest threat to the world, that feel like worldbuilding at its finest.

I feel embarrassed to admit it - considering, y'know, not exactly a conversational topic - but I'm really into impregnation, it's so hot doing the thing sex was meant for, it ruffles the feathers just right. The fact that this game is so immersive and detailed when it comes to such acts is the best-selling point for my monkey-gooner brain. At the point my character's going for, I might have the longest width-wide family tree man has ever seen lol - I've made myself such a breeding stud and I've only missed partners due to not hard save scumming for the primary save (I will go back for that cute fox girl in Drifa's dungeon once the full 1.0 is released or if I ever get bored enough to start once again, but I don't mind waiting for a year and some.) This game is very fulfilling for the mental fantasy.
And I hate to say it, but I haven't found another game that even comes close to scratching the same itch. If anyone has any recommendations, I'm all ears~!
But that's just the neuron activation, I wouldn't have hung around so long if not for the appealing characters, story, and especially the art. I'm casually into DnD, I'm into fantasy, I love my girls, I love my guys, and I love all and every that comes in-between. I want to try and save Kasy if possible, I want what's best for everyone (well, once the neuron settles down a bit, anyways. I'm still wonder whether or not I should make Drifa corrupted for my main save since she has hyper-impreg content iirc.) Outside of satisfying urges, playing a good guy is fulfilling for the heart - I try to do it in every game I play, but in this one you are rewarded with love, care, and feelings. Don't get me wrong, I'll never confuse reality and fantasy so it's not like I'm parasocial with it, but it's just satisfying mentally.
I wish the best for this project (and I hope dropped storylines get picked back up again someday! I wanna "bake some bread" in Lusamine! (づ￣ 3￣)づ)
