What is the highest possible sexiness rating?

So I am just ruining the game with a subby faux-cow treated cum addict and wondering how high I can get my sexiness rating.

Clothing:
There is supposed to be a balance between sexiness and resolve on items. Underwear has a sum of 3 and armor has a sum of 5, so the maximum should be 11... But... It just so happens that there are some outliers that fall outside the norm, so here are the outliers that produce higher totals:
Slave Uniform can go up to 6.
Gray goo armor can go up to 8 which is really strong considering how ridiculously stuffed with features the thing already is.
Omnisuit can go up to 11(!!!). But wait, you say, aren't those 6 extra sexiness just what you lose from not being able to wear underwear while wearing the omnisuit? Au contraire: Bodyparts without any underwear still have an inherent sexiness rating of 3. So those 6 extra sexiness on the Omnisuit are just free.

Weapons:
3 from Widow's kiss.
There is a shitty revolver with +1 if you really want to go deep.

Accessories:
Allure gives +7.
Bimbo Siegwulfe gives +5 and might be the better option if you want to min max your total tease damage output rather than just your raw sexiness rating.

Perks:
Innocent Allure +5 (Treatment: Faux-Cow)

Anything big I missed? I know there are also some temporary buffs you can get.

Technically, Sexy Thinking can give +6, but you have to keep Intelligence and Willpower really low. Innocent Allure is better for all practical purposes.

Rutting Perfume doesn't give Sexiness, but does give Tease damage.
Heat and Rut also give bonus Tease damage. Interestingly, Heat normally ends on becoming pregnant or infertile. Prostitute Pro prevents pregnancy but not Heat, because it has no impact on Steele's Fertility.

If you're optimizing Tease, don't forget about Pheromones: Alpha Scent, Jungle Queen Scent, Musky Pheromones and maybe Pheromones Sweat for good measure.
Granted, if you're going 'subby', Alpha and Jungle Queen names don't really fit the concept. I kind of wish there were perks to fit that. They could even be mutually exclusive with the 'dominant' perks.
