What is the difference between a Minotaur and a Northern Minotaur?

As someone who is writing one and went off a deep end in doing so, basically --

Southern Minotaurs are the ones Brint and Brienne belong to. Their men are on average large, muscular behemoths that have more of a resemblence to the minotaur of myth wih their cow heads, furried bodies and hooves. Their women are shorter by quite a bit, possesing humanoid faces instead of snouts. The men tend to be more dommy while women more subby.

Northern minotaurs basically just switch roles. Their women are the large, strong ones (albeit more fluffy) while their men are mostly human faced twinks. Their women tend to be more dominant, their men more subservient.

Kinda weird to call 8'6 (Brienne height) short but I guess it is relative. Thanks for the explanation.

Brienne is anomaly. Since she absorbed Brint for essence, she gained his height. I only used her since she is the first mino las that came to my mind.

Rina is more of a proper example.

Brienne is Brint. What changed is body and portions of personality. Brienne still has all of the memories. Just all of the sexuality becomes hyper-focused onto the Champ.

They didn't call Brienne short. They said northern minotaur women are shorter than the men. Brienne is one of the big exceptions to the rule, and even she is still not as tall as the tallest possible minotaur man.

Absorbed? What? Is Brienne not Brint? Does Brint die when he is changed into Brienne? I thought it was just some harmless cursed fun.
The question if Brienne is Brint is whole debate in itself -- I just used round about words to say that since Brienne is genderbent version of Brint, she is tall as him.
