What is the best treatment version for combat?

Your assessment is correct - that said, your pheromone level for combat purposes is capped, and you can get more than enough to hit that cap from other TFs (namely: Alpha Scent from Lupinol, Jungle Queen Scent from the Amazona variants, and Musky Pheromones from Laquine Ears or Lion-O's), so Faux-Cow's Innocent Allure would be the optimiser's choice.
Well, Cum-Cows also get Dumb4Cum, which gives a boost to max Intelligence, which Tech Specialists always appreciate - but it was nerfed some time ago, so it's probably not too impactful. I still think Innocent Allure is better to have.

Thank You! I'm playing a mercenary so INT isn't very important to me so I'll go with faux cow for innocent allure

Another thing I forgot to mention: Faux-Cow and Bull also both come with Inhuman Desire, raising your max Lust by 40 (which stacks with other sources of that perk), without mandating also getting something that reduces the effectiveness of that boost - though Faux-Cow has optional perks that do, which requires not getting cumflated to avoid.
