What is Fenoxo using to make TiTs?

Probably still on Flash Pro unless Adobe's CC forces you to update. In any case Flash Pro and Animate are just used to compile/publish.
The actual code is in ActionScript and I'm pretty sure they use Sublime to edit.

The language is ActionScript 3. He does the actual coding in Sublime 2. It's compiled using either Adobe Animate CC, FlashDevelop, or something similar. Pretty sure most of the game engine was done by Gedan.
Hue hue the sercet is out. Like in this joke: Doctors need to know many different things. Profesors just need to know where it subordinate doctors are atm. Thus here Fen just need to know where to find Gedan xD
As for programs even FD could be enough to be done all the work. So it's more about that one know how to code then what program to use. Even have most fancy and costly program will do little if coder know little to none about coding.
