What happened with the Sionach?

Currently, in the races part of the TiTS wiki you can find a codex entry for the Sionach race which at present has no presence in the game. When I went to search about them here in the forums the best I could find was two dead threads, one inquiring about the race and one about a tf for them, both from around 2015-2016. Other than those two threads there were a few comments around different threads that mentioned them and the most concrete information about what happened I could find was a comment by Savin in this thread stating that the creator jumped ship.

So my questions are:
What happened to the creator/writer?
Is there anyone currently working on a NPC or something else for the race?
Or do Fen & Co have plans( at present or for the future) regarding them?

Like Savin said, they jumped ship aka had an idea, lost motivation, left and moved on with their lives.

I haven’t seen anyone say they were working on such in both Submissions and Ideas. There was a massive project for another fox-like race, but that creator jumped ship too. https://forum.fenoxo.com/threads/wi...-ideas-hichikos-back-for-real-now-edition.37/

After looking in deeper, the Sionach were supposed to be kitsunes in space, so in other words, Savin might of replaced them with Essyra who are a similar version to them. https://wiki.smutosaur.us/TiTS/Essyra
