What happened to Phaedra II?

Reading the wiki I found Phaedra's name on Riley's profile and mentioned it as a place where it would appear on the 4th of July

Riley is what appears on the 4th of July; Phaedra II, a.k.a. Xamdam, is (or was) a planned alternate starter planet whose content hasn't been written yet, aside from its overall 'biome' (it's a Mad Max-esque post-apocalyptic wasteland) and the Codex entries for a few local races.

I think most likely it is abandoned

Unfortunately. There hasn't been any indication any work has been put towards it for years.

Honestly with how slowly development of the main storyline has been going. Splitting even more time off to do an alternate start planet seems like it would be a bad idea...

If it already seemed to me that it is an idea that did not take off. I hope that in the future the idea will be resumed as a secondary planet like Uveto
