I'm curious what flag in the game's save File tracks if you have taken the Treatment or not and therefore, stops you from taking it again.
What Flag determines if you have taken the Treatment?

The
Treated hidden status effect; the Amazon, Faux-Cow and Cum-Cow variants also have their own hidden status effects, but these are in addition to it rather than instead of it.
