I love how it can appeal to anyone. Whether you want to be very picky with who you get with or you choose to fuck everything you come across, or you want to be a standard relatable human or some ant-man with a 18" horse dong and tailcock. The first two days I played it I didn't really go into any of the transformation and sex stuff, and it was still a very enjoyable experience.

I like the clean interface. Vanilla CoC had clunky stats interface.
I do enjoy being able to move freely as well.

I love the improved mechanics over CoC, however many mechanics still need to be implemented; proper ship travel, ship combat, ship upgrades, buying ships, owning multiple ships, SSTDS, rut/heat mechanics, tavros nursery and kids, and probally some more.
After giving it a third go and actually progre... after playing around with 2 lovely ladies on first planet and actually reading some more rather than moaning about... I don't even remember what it was I like it to damn much to remember now, I gotta say I like how well written it is (other than a few little things I noticed nothing truly note worthy) and the interface as well as the ability to actually openly travel.
Things I like with TiTS and COC:
I've always found the whole beat-up and optionally rape/corrupt and or subjugate thing instead of always killing or just beating-up to make for very interesting gameplay. Mostly because when you do kill something more intelligent than a snake (or a young imp in the modded COC), it seems much more significant than in most games.
Tease attacks, especially in TiTS, also add much more to the combat than one would initially assume. It gives a very good sense of choosing ones path to victory in a fight compared to, say, attacking a target from a different angle or from stealth.
TF items and the extreme degree of character customization.
Favorite improvements over COC:
It seems like the characters are better written. Although COC had a very primal feel to it, and the corruption of Mareth heavily justified the rampant perversion, It's nice to have characters that are more fleshed out and a little less fetish-fuel.
The map makes it much easier to orient myself in unfamiliar areas.
Even though the multiple elements and the equipment used for defending against them have yet to see much use in combat, I am looking forward to their proliferation and other ways in which the combat may increase in complexity.

The interface for sure, i love being able to grind pokemon style just pacing back and forth and not having to dig through 5 dozen screens just to wiggle my toes.

At first, I was all FoE > CoC > TiTS, but now i'm TiTS > CoC > FoE.
After I actually started paying attention to the game, I just liked it. I like the story, I love the characters (Syri + Embry + moooore
) and I've grown very attached to the Treatment's effects o3o

So much this. AND the sheer broadness of possible character transformations. I mean I have got *look up* more than 50 characters so far? That can't be right folder info. I better count myself. Yes it is more than 50, even if i substract "double" saves. And they all look different, they all have different attitudes towards things or poeple and they all have (more or less) different sexual preferences and appetite. It's so awesome. And that's not even the final version.
Edit: JDeko's "Pokemon Style"-point is a big plus as well. It just feels natural to me (probably because pokemon games are a larger part of my life than they should be).

The mini map, oh sweet Jesus I do love that mini map. I was so used to getting lost all the time in CoC
Or getting booted out of the damn Swamp for the trillionth time and having to sift through the 12 menus again to go back just so I can get one damn piece of coal already...
For me, I like the simplicity, as well as how the combat mechanics and the sex is all integrated so well. I mean, it's not all porn without plot, and you actually get to kick some ass, but then if you want a steamy sex scene, you can just go to the bar and get fucked by Kiro or something.
Not to mention the transformations. There's so many more choices now compared to CoC.
And yes, as JackedPirate stated, the minimap. Or I'd have been lost after South, West, West, North (*cough* Flexible Survival *cough*)

This and the way it feels open and expansive to explore. The combat is never a drag on the game and the characters are fun to interactive with and boink into comas.
