What do the two numbers next to your level on your portrait mean?

As a guess, do they mean "total level", "sex level" and "current class level"?

Also, wtf does sex level actually do?

The higher your sex level, the better a lay you are. It's also a measure of how easy you are, but the correlation is largely coincidental.

Mostly sex level changes dialog in sex scenes.

More specifically many repeatable scenes have variants at higher sex levels. Lagon's are a good set to look at if you want to tinker with it and see.

There's also a "sluttiness" stat that's actually entirely separate from sex level.
