What are your gripes/criticism of TiTs?

I did make a bug report about the accent stuff...you know I doubt the bothrioc ears thing will be taken seriously, but I'll post it anyway.

Lemme just wait until the accent thing is looked at first.
You'd be shocked at what Jaques is willing to look at. The guy does not half ass things. From what I can tell, he reads pretty much every report and considers them thoroughly, even the more nitpick ones that I make, which makes my job harder when I come across errors that are more subjective lol.

The vanae markings one just just got looked at so now I made one for the Bothrioc ears. Once those are looked at I'll tackle Demonic ears next.

Not sure it's a bug, but it's certainly annoying.
Talking to Suze and taking the required Masq off while your number of dicks + pussies >3, just gives you three pussies (which is fine), but when the effect wears off you don't regain your old total, with any extras sacrificing your pussies and then your dicks. For example 1 pus and 4 dicks, leaves you with three dicks. One dick and 3 pussies, leaves you with 1 dick and 2 pussies. 2 dicks and 3 pussies leaves you with 2 dicks and 1 pus.
Fixing this every time you want to talk to someone is a chore. Maybe the game can make a note of your gentital status at the start of the encounter and then just revert to that when the effect wears off. You can't take masq off when you're pregnant anyway so there's no issue with gestation time discrepancies or anything.

I'm pretty sure this is a bug. You should document it all and make a report.

I've a few gripes, but I'll narrow them down to two that, while maybe more subjective and nitpicky, would be the easiest to address. Some transformations feel plain and incomplete, and cybernetics are a very understated aspect of the game and could be expanded upon quite heavily.

The raskvel transformation doesn't change the player's face at all despite the rask having bunnylike faces, and the zaika TF lacks arms and legs, and those are just the two I have at the front of my mind. I don't know if there's an internal rule where the player can't have less than five fingers per hand, or multiple arms (even if just cosmetic), but it makes some transformations incomplete.

Cybernetics are such a cool concept, but very little is done with it. You'd expect the ability to get chromed up like the average zaika, or even a full blown cyborg like an XO, but the most you get are implants, one of each, with very few utility options (and most of them don't even have an effect on characters lacking bobs or vagene). Not to mention how late in the game you even obtain them, at the penultimate planet.

I don't like to complain without posing solutions though. For the TFs, a few more effects would be all they need, like the zaika one giving you the appropriate arms and legs. As for cybernetics, I again don't know if there's some internal rules that get in the way of the system or if it's just a case of nobody putting the time into it yet, but I would more than happily write everything necessary for a cybernetics expansion to get it off the ground. Hopefully I could get some information on that.

There is explicitly a rule against multiple arms. It's too hard to account for in descriptions. (-Taur is barely supported as-is and Naga is worse!) I understand it's annoying that they then go and add characters with multiple arms. I've never seen a reference to a rule preventing different numbers of digits, but that's probably a more niche ask, so it simply may not have come up. Semi-recently, Bovine and Swine hands were added.
When at rest, the four fingers of each hand seem to set into two pairs, naturally parting at the middle.

Naturally, your major digits are positioned in a way that imitates didactyly.
Toes are safe. Lupinol specifies 3 toes during the TF scene.

Nitpicking, but Raskvel faces look less bunnylike and more Animelike to me*, at least in the art. The Codex doesn't specify anything about faces.
*The face protrudes outward under the nose when viewed in profile. I know it's a bit hypocritical of me to lean on the artist interpretations.

These might not be as… outward-facing as some of you hoped for, though I assure you that we have a good reason for that: full robot limbs and the like would be difficult if not impossible to account for in long-form intimacy scenes that already struggle to adapt to the player character’s very… very varied appearance.
