Steele grenade jumping like a Quake pro is about as realistic as them deepthroating 5 foot of behemoth penis. Both lines of thought entertain me greatly though.idk anything about game balance, so sorry if im just being a moron, but imo the grenade launcher is too good. like i get it, its late game loot, but at least remove the evasion bonus, cuz that doesnt even make sense. if anything it should have a negative evasion stat cuz of how bulky the gun and ammo likely are.

You're assuming any of us will live to see it.Lol. I'm honestly at a loss as to who the final boss will be. Jack/Jill? Some ancient primitive creature pretending to be a god? Phaedra is a real mess of a planet.
At this point, I'm expecting to see Elder Scrolls 6 first. You're assuming any of us will live to see it.
Wait are we seriously that deep into the endgame?!?!The grenade launcher is as good as it is in as many ways as it is because it's probably the last new weapon you're getting before the final boss. That means it has to be a gun that basically everyone wants, which its statline is built to ensure that it is.
There's at least one Level 14 weapon and it isn't currently accessible to my knowledge: Fogcaster Rifle. The grenade launcher is as good as it is in as many ways as it is because it's probably the last new weapon you're getting before the final boss. Kineticists actually do get Qailla's weapons at 'Custom', because it gives them a higher stat budget. The endgame weapons don't feel very endgamey because of their lack of the "custom" rarity tag. Be they train dungeon weapons or the stuff crafted by Qailla.
Honestly, I would have expected an Accuracy bonus and an Evasion penalty (bulky weapon, but 'horseshoes and hand-grenades')....but at least remove the evasion bonus, cuz that doesnt even make sense. if anything it should have a negative evasion stat cuz of how bulky the gun and ammo likely are.
That doesn't do much for the other classes.Kineticists actually do get Qailla's weapons at 'Custom', because it gives them a higher stat budget.
you are free to do so yourself.I would like for some one to countinue Willam's work and finish the projects he started.![]()
Probably would have to ask and get permission to do so first.you are free to do so yourself.
Plus if it was that easy JimT's stuff would've long been picked up by now, but there's apparently a barrier for matching the writer's vibe or something that kept that from being achieved.Probably would have to ask and get permission to do so first.
The problem is anybody actually wanting to cough up the time and effort to do it.there's apparently a barrier for matching the writer's vibe or something that kept that from being achieved.
That too.The problem is anybody actually wanting to cough up the time and effort to do it.
Ah there we go.It's writers now.
Well to be fair we've covered so many bases already that there's not really anywhere else to go except the more exotic anatomies.I know this game takes place in space and all but I feel like the design of all newer NPCs is becoming so far-fetched that it stops being sexy, at least to me. Thraggens are basically buff, green humans from an appearance standpoint. Even furry creatures like the Khorgonn and Milodans and all that are still okay. What bothers me is how deranged it's become in Phaedra/Dhaal. Weird looking creatures like the Nukas, with gigantic tits with lips instead of nipples and tentacles left and right are just not as attractive to me. I feel like all the newer designs are a bit too much for me. That is to say, simplicity can sometimes be better than all these overcomplicated designs. All the males are hulking beasts like the Behemoths and Neil, all the females are gooey like Selene or absolutely foreign like Nukas with gigantic hips/tits. I miss simpler designs like Emmy, or Riya, or Sera. Hyraxi are okay good too.
Birds: Tove, ShalinI think the only things we don't really have yet are fish, lizard, and bird people.
OK yeah so even those bases are covered.Birds: Tove, Shalin
Lizard: Ovir
Fish: Suula, Sparadat, Pexiga
