I get that there's demand for futa and herms but it genuinely feels like 75% of the characters fall under that category. Doesn't it get a bit stale at some point?
Speaking as somebody who loves them it really does. Too much of a good thing is an adage neither of these games really follow. I mean on the most recent update that features a male character its mostly people asking for more content with the futa laquines and like one person actually talking about the male character.

And the ugc, and the other corporations and the myrellions and the zaibutsu on dhaal and literally every other major faction in the game. None of them are even approaching anything resembling being the "good" guys
I get where your coming from, like I hate akkade r&d for what they did to syri, but that’s how corporations are, steel tech is the best one when it comes to to morals

and what’s wrong with the ugc?

Steele tech still does slavery the mechanic on uveto mentions this. The ugc allows slavery, from corporations to dzaan using their addictive cum to aqcuire mates. New Texas lobotomises about half of its population and the ugc has no issues with it. The zaibatsu on dhaal invented a new method of raping people and the ugc is happy to negotiate with them. Its corrupt at best, outright evil at worst. At least in coc2 the rapists are usually the unambiguous villains. But in TiTS its the whole bloody system

That's depressing. I guess for some people, enough is never enough.
it's hard to follow when there's a large variety of writers all writing what they want.
I think a tighter editorial control would still keep them on point, but then a tighter editorial wouldn't have let either CoC1, TiTS or CoC2 balloon way out of control and take nearly a decade to finish.

Sad part is, FenCo only had to look out the damn window to see what corporations having their actions condoned by the government, unless they are so blatant and illegal (and costly, that part's important) that even the most crooked government will do something, looks like.
But in TiTS its the whole bloody system
See, that might just be the most realistic part of TiTS.

Yeah the hyper-capitalistic hellstate is a realistic setting, but it makes it really hard to get into the game past a certain point, its just a huge turn off for me

I'm less affected because Warhammer 40,000 has forcibly stretched my idea of what excessive darkness looks like well beyond the scope of this setting. And Berserk? Ho, forget about it.

There's some context you're leaving out from there, because Synphia says this:
“If you tell anyone I said this, I’ll deny it up and down the station, but I think things are starting to slip with the old corp. Almost as soon as Vic died, we got word yearly raises were being adjusted downward due to ‘unexpected Rush cost overruns.’ Then there was that story out of Accadia about a Steele Tech freighter hauling a load of indentured servants with contracts way below company spec.” She shakes her head. My hunch is the board’s getting lazy now that they’re the top of the food chain. If things keep trending this way for another year or two... I’ll probably quit, but by then the Rush’ll be over, and I can retire with my sis. She’ll owe me pretty hard by then.”
That HEAVILY implies that Vic was the main reason that Steele Tech stayed straight, and then the suits took over after his death. So, pretty much, the fate of the company is extremely reliant on you winning.

Below company spec confirms it was still happening before. I don't care how well you're treating the slaves owning people is not excusable

Strictly speaking, indentured servitude (which is legal) is more like an employment contract than slavery (which is illegal), it's just significantly harder for the indentured individual to get out of it through means other than what's specified in the contract (usually paying off some amount of debt). Therein lies the problem; without strong protections like on Canadia or BAU Steele Tech, it's fairly easy to turn indentured servitude into what is effectively slavery (usually debt slavery), as can be seen in Yammi's conversations about her coworkers and in general with Carver's business. With the latter, I wouldn't be surprised if at least some of what she's doing is just flat-out illegal and it simply hasn't been reported or investigated (I mean, look at what happened to Reaha when she threatened to lawyer up against Carver).
dzaan using their addictive cum to aqcuire mates
It's important to note that those who do so forcefully are frowned upon even within their own culture; I doubt the wider galaxy looks on it more fondly (the only ones who try to use it by force are typically criminals), and Lessau will even bring it up as a point against potentially uplifting the bothrioc (who also have addictive "cum" but are much less consentual about using it).
New Texas lobotomises about half of its population and the ugc has no issues with it.
"Lobotomises" is a strong word, but okay. Again, this is a cultural thing; the Treatment is not mandatory (though that was after a retcon), and not everyone even within New Texas agrees with it, not to mention that NT is the only place where it's legal. Plus, if Reaha is to be believed, it's possible the only thing keeping it legal there is sexual bribery by the inhabitants.
The zaibatsu on dhaal invented a new method of raping people and the ugc is happy to negotiate with them.
We don't know whether or not the UGC's negotiations will allow the zaibatsu to continue operating as they always have; for all we know, they could continue as-is or banning that new method might be a concession they'll have to make to join the UGC. Plus, willingness to negotiate with societies whose moral standards differ from your own is pretty much necessary, given that most societies encountered during the Planet Rushes are much less advanced than the UGC and trying to make them meet your standards is better done peacefully than via force.

If your a company and you loaned a large amount of money to someone and they can’t pay it back, how would you handle it? The best course of action is to have them work it off, the type of work depends on the person who gave that loan, since steel tech isn’t scummy like the other companies, it’s assumed they got a paying job at steel tech

I enjoy warhammer as well, but when I'm reading warhammer I ain't doing it for the sexy fun stuff.
Just saying, I have a greater ability to compartmentalise this stuff than maybe I should. At least my ship isn't a small city run and operated by entire clans of slaves who subsist on the runoff from the upper decks. I can just draw a circle around myself and my crew and say, "This is my ship, my crew, and we are good people who do good things for good reasons." Hell, when I go to Dhaal, the entire probe storyline is a case of sticking my fingers in my ears and pretending every corpo isn't as bad as each other, even though I know intellectually they are.
