What are the conditions for the Helia Tel'Adre scene?

Coming back to the game after a long time, and I remember after Helspawn is born, sometime after Helia has a party (birthday party?) and you see her and the family in Tel'Adre. But Helspawn's been around for about 30 days now and no scene. What do I need to do?

Helia's birthday event is triggered by real-world time -- it's at the one-year mark of her getting added to the game, which I believe was in late August. So gotta wait till then, or alter your system time.
