Just something I'm curious about because I often like to play as characters who are at one polar extreme or another, either super tall or extremely short. I'd love to know which encounters really take advantage of those stats and adjust accordingly, or even open up entirely new options. I'm not picky on whether they are small/big or what genders, but would like some content-warning for which so I know what to expect. An example "Character A has special scenes if you are smaller, but only if you're female", and so on.
I'm mostly talking about overall body size here just to clarify, I think if we get into every encounter focused around extreme sizes in specific body parts this could get really long.
