What are ??? and how are they encountered?

Starting this because I've had these kind of questions about different things in the game and could not find any comments or mention of the subject in question.

Currently I would like know exactly what fuck dolls are, and how are they encountered.

They're sex-obsessed enemies you'll have to fight in the KiroQuest dungeon.

Meaning they haven't been fully implemented into the game.

You can fight them in the latest public patch by typing "doll", even though they aren't fully implemented.
