Ways to increase minimum lust to 33?

I want my character to always down to fuck, and the wiki says a minimum of 33 lust is required. But it seems the only to raise it will only be available later on (Mitzi gift, Savicite piercings) or major transformation (Treated). Is there any other way to increase it relatively early on?

Wiki articles tend to be outdated, at some point in the past Fen decided to cut out the need to have innate lust before sex. If any still exist, they should probably be reported.
